Three members of the Lakehead Thunderwolves hockey team received OUA post-season awards for the 2013-14 campaign.
Senior defenceman Mike Quesnele (Sault St. Marie, ON) was named to the Second Team All-Stars, while forward Cody Alcock (Oshawa, ON) and goaltender Justin McDonald (Turtleford, SK) were both selected to the All-Rookie Team.
Quesnele scored 4 goals and added 15 assists for 19 points in 28 OUA regular-season games; Alcock recorded 14 goals and 7 assists for 21 points in 27 OUA contests. Alcocks 14 markers were the second-most amongst all OUA freshmen.
McDonald appeared in 14 OUA regular-season games this year, posting a 10-4 win-loss record and a 3.12 goals-against average.
