Josh Van Unen had a great chance midway through the period catching Torchis out of position but Mason Kohn made a sliding save to keep the game tied up.
Windsor would take the lead on a controversial goal when Keegan McMullen would come in on Wright and Wright missed the poke check and McMullen collided with the netminder.
Lakehead would tie it up 2:27 into the second when the Windsor D Man could not keep the puck in and Josh Van Unen pushed the puck to Olivier Pouliot and he would snap a shot past Torchia.
Windsor would answer right back :41 seconds later Dominic Mufarreh would wrist a shot on Wright and it would deflect up off of his stick and into the net.
Wright's night would be done after the 3rd goal and Christian Cicigoi would enter the game.
Barrett Dachyshyn would snap a quick shot past Cicigoi to up the lead to 4-2 shortly after the netminder entered the game.

Windsor would win the game 7-2 and sweep the Thunderwolves from the playoffs winning the best of 3 series 2-0.
