- Internships must provide first-time employment in related field
- The intern must also not have previously participated in internship program
Job Description
Lakehead Thunderwolves Hockey is looking for a self-motivated applicant who can assist in developing, implementing and maintaining the marketing strategy for the organization. The intern will work closely with the Executive Director through the marketing strategy in all areas including social media. The intern will coordinate all aspects of social media and will be required to implement all social media promotions at every home game throughout the year.
The candidate must be hard-working, outgoing and have the ability to think outside the box as well as must be energetic and enjoy sales. Sales targets will be established by the Executive Director. The position will also require working closely with the Head Coach and players at community events. Looking to immediately fill the position.
